Sew Loved is a small family business in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if given, and the personalisation details you provide (such as a child's name and date of birth).
- When you contact us: your name, email address and your message.
How we use it
We use your information only to make and deliver your order, to reply to your messages, and to keep the financial records the law requires. Our legal basis is that we need it to fulfil our contract with you, or to respond to your request. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Royal Mail or another courier delivers your keepsake.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years for tax purposes. Contact messages are deleted when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email info@sew-loved.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
