Orders and payment

All items must be paid for when you order. Work begins once payment has cleared.

Your clothing

It's your responsibility to send enough clothing, in a suitable condition to be sewn, to make your keepsake. If clothing arrives that isn't suitable, we'll contact you and give you the chance to send more items, but you'll need to pay the extra postage. Please contact us if you're unsure how much to send.

We recommend sending your parcel by a tracked service. We can't accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged before they reach us.

Cancellations and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days. This right doesn't apply to goods that are personalised or made to your specifications, which includes our keepsakes. Once work has started on your keepsake we can't offer a refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

Pricing and errors

We try to make sure all information and prices on this website are accurate, but occasionally mistakes happen. If we find a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you to ask whether you'd like to continue at the correct price. We may update product information at any time.

Embroidery

Please check your embroidery details carefully when ordering. We can't be held responsible for spelling mistakes in details you provide, but any mistakes on our part will be put right free of charge.

Your keepsake

Sizes are approximate, as they vary slightly depending on the fabrics used. Because keepsakes are handmade from pre-loved clothing that may have weakened over time through wear and washing, slight imperfections can occasionally appear, though we always aim to avoid them.

Keepsakes are delicate decorative items, not toys. Please keep them out of reach of young children. Handling may cause a keepsake to lose its shape over time or its limbs to loosen, and we can't be held responsible for changes caused by handling or ageing.
